Cheryl founded 325 in 1999 after a few years working for a large consulting firm and a boutique design agency. With client referrals and a ton of hustle, Cheryl has grown 325 from a one-woman consultancy to an extensive organization with a client roster of leading companies from the biotech, pharmaceutical, startup and venture capital sectors.

325 has an exceptional track record of media, consumer relations and brand communications success. Now, with more than 20 years of entrepreneurial, public relations, issues management, marketing and consumer relations experience, Cheryl brings a wealth of strategic communications expertise to 325’s clients and team members. She is focused on building high-performance teams to deliver creativity, quality results, strategic thinking and planning services to clients. Cheryl serves as a director and sounding board to marketing and design teams, as well as to clients for strategic development and implementation of key campaigns or marketplace-related communications.

Ernesto CullariChief Marketing Director


Ernesto is regarded as one of the most powerful and effective individuals to have mastered Instagram and can quickly execute effective marketing campaigns across all social media platforms, using our proprietary methods and technologies. He is independently rated a top 2% influencer on Instagram. He has a diverse background and has been a Telly Award winner, chart-topping ASCAP songwriter and music producer, author and contributing editorialist for national broadcast networks. In 2012, he was a candidate for U.S. Congress. Ernesto is the former director of A&R for the Grammy-winning songwriting and production team KNS Productions (Lady Gaga, Nick Carter & Britney Spears). He concurrently spent 13 years in medical device sales and marketing. Ernesto also serves as our in-house Commercial Director and Commercial Photographer. With a well rounded creative vision, Ernesto brings fresh ideas and new industry insights to keep our brands on the cutting edge of digital and social marketing.

Justin SensenbachWeb Developer + SEO Director


Justin is a highly experienced web designer and digital marketer, with diverse experience across various brand types from mid-sized retail food brands to publicly traded companies. He graduated from Rowan University for TV and film production and worked in the field for years before transitioning to digital marketing. Building upon his production skill set, Justin has elevated the field of web design and digital marketing with his efficient and pragmatic approach to design and marketing. He co-founded JSMT Media in 2014.  Now a part of 325, Justin specializes in web design and digital marketing including search engine optimization, Google Ad management, email marketing, social media advertising, remarketing and more. Justin’s core business principles include transparency, honesty and a custom-tailored approach to each client.

Vincent BonoDigital Director + Web Development


Digitial Director and Master Web Developer Vinnie Bono has been with 325 for nearly 10 years. With over 20 years experience, Vinnie specializes in front-end web development. He is highly skilled in CSS3, HTML5, javaScript, PHP and SQL. He attended Virginia Tech where he studied finance. Vinnie has taken his finance mind and his attention to detail into the digital space. When he is not glued to the computer, you can find him at the gym.

Emi brings 12+ years of expertise in helping both established companies and start-up companies better understand, focus, develop and implement strategies that can deliver short term results while building for future growth for long term success. Her experience ranges from mass consumer brands to global luxury brands in the natural and luxury beauty, spa, baby and hospitality categories. She has also worked with industry leaders within the photography, celebrity, film and fashion industries.

She has taken lead roles in start-up companies and organizations to structure, develop and launch businesses and in the nonprofit world in partnership with the United Nations, charities and cause-driven initiatives. Emi worked at Conde Nast Publications, Laforce + Stevens and Evins, Ltd. She graduated from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and holds a certificate in Corporate Sustainability & Circularity from NYU Stern School of Business.

Anna is a native of Russia, but has quickly gained notoriety in America, as a trendsetting photographer. While her subjects are often men, she is a well-rounded portraiture photographer and editor.
